Social and Emotional Wellbeing

Find our booklet on Social and Emotional Wellbeing on this page

Social and emotional wellbeing is about taking an holistic approach to health, where your wellbeing is embedded within family, community and culture. In this way, your mental health can be understood by knowing your environment can influence or affect you and vice versa.

This booklet features the artwork Dabakan Kooliny, or 'Go Slowly', by Noongar artist Valerie Ah Chee. Valerie was commissioned to create a visual representation of what the project hopes to achieve.

It lists the seven domains of connecting to your social and emotional wellbeing and features contact information for support services.
